Dramka provides a streaming platform for short-form dramatic series. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
All content on Dramka is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You agree not to use Dramka to upload, post, or transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Dramka is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Forini sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
