We collect information you provide when creating an account (email address, password), when subscribing (payment information processed by Stripe), and data generated through your use of the service (viewing history, preferences, bookmarks).
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under GDPR Article 6: performance of a contract (to provide the service you subscribed to), legitimate interest (to improve and secure the platform), and consent (for marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time via Settings).
We use your data to provide and improve our service, process payments, personalise your experience, send service-related communications, and where you have consented, send marketing updates about new series and events.
We share data with the following processors who act on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication, EU infrastructure), Stripe (payment processing), Tinybird (analytics, EU data residency), Resend (email delivery), Crisp (live chat support), Bunny CDN (video delivery), and Vercel (hosting). All processors are bound by data processing agreements.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (for example, financial records required for tax purposes).
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact legal@dramka.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics data is collected via Tinybird using EU data residency.
Dramka is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Some of our processors operate outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
